Tina L. Morris is the founder and president of Event Factory. Tina began planning events from an early age and it continues to be her passion.

"Tina is highly organized, extremely efficient, and very knowledgeable. Whatever project she was given, it was done on time, correctly, and you never had to ask about its status. She was a delight to work with and her attitude was always positive. I can’t recommend Tina highly enough."

- Norman Feuer, VP/Market Manager, Clear Channel Radio, Jacksonville

Winter Wonder Jam, Country Music Festival
Planet Fest, New Rock concert and festival
Come Together Day, Hip Hop and R&B concert and music festival

Tina has over thirteen years of experience planning professional events. Tina started her career with the American Diabetes Association as their Regional Development Coordinator and served as an integral part of their fundraising events including walk-a-thons, golf tournaments, mini-NASCAR races, shooting tournaments, and more. Tina was then recruited by Clear Channel Radio to be the Director of Marketing and Promotions for their then eleven radio stations. Tina was part of the launch of Clear Channel Radio’s local events and "non-traditional revenue" department by creating and producing radio-based events such as concerts, festivals, and other fan-related events.

Whether executing Jacksonville’s Largest Yard Sale or controlling 15,000 screaming fans at the annual concert known as Planetfest, Tina has a wealth of experience and common sense when it comes to planning events and sponsorship development. After nearly ten years of service, Tina left Clear Channel Radio in December 2006 to pursue her own interests by creating Event Factory.
